Invitation Scottish Enterprise Focus Group
Scottish Enterprise would like to invite you to take part in their exciting digital programme with the aim of developing new on-line services for their customers. The overall programme will:
make it simpler and easier for customers like you to do business with Scottish Enterprise
make it easier for Scottish Enterprise customers to connect with their services and find the support offered
The initial discovery stage of this development is to ensure that their website meets customers’ needs and they are looking for your help to review the early designs of the new Scottish Enterprise website.
They want to explore:
what customers want from online channels
the role, formation and mobilisation of networks to help Scottish businesses scale and expand
business support services required for exporting and international trade
Scottish Enterprise would be delighted therefore if you, or one of your colleagues, could attend an upcoming focus group where their team can chat openly with you and other women entrepreneurs.
Attendees will receive a small incentive (gift card) as a thank you for your time. Details of the sessions are outlined below:
Wednesday, 11th April 2018
Research & Marketing Lab
107 Douglas Street

Scottish Enterprise want to be a better organisation for you to do business with, and they are currently challenging all aspects of how they work - making real changes to meet and exceed customer expectations. The ability to offer their services online is a key part of driving the efficiencies that will improve the way their services are delivered to you.
They are working in an agile way which will allow them to build, test, learn and adapt on an incremental basis. Having customers and stakeholders involved with Scottish Enterprise in the development process is key, ensuring they capture your valuable feedback to build the right things, at the right time, based on customer needs.
If you wish to attend the focus group, please email email@example.com
